The Spartans did it!

They rocked and rolled. They kicked Stanford’s behind. They were calm, collected, patient. They WON!!! Babos and Spartans

I have been grinning all day long. What a great, fun and fantastic game. What a coach, what a quarterback, what a defense and what a TEAM!!!! Woot woot woot!

Anyhoo…here is what Sheldon and Orion did during the game. Shel wanted to sleep next to me but he wouldn’t get up there with Orion there. So, I threw a blanket over Orion and urged Shel up. He zonked out in heavenly bliss. When I got up to leave, Shel slid right down onto his schnozzle, still sound asleep.

They were not impressed by the Rose Bowl at all.

Sheldon looked like a complete drunk. Then when he woke up his lips were all askew. I said “He has bed-face!!!” I wish I could have a picture of THAT!

  2. The yelling didn’t wake them?

Even as a non-affiliated fan to either school, I thought this year’s Rose Bowl was a great game to watch.

I especially liked the outcome! 🙂

But, really, to watch Connor Cook, a sophomore quarterback, remain so composed in the face of all that pressure, and to watch the defensive back, Kyler Elston(? not sure of last name) start in a game for his first time and do SO well….it was great!

I think our big mutt Kebba is using Orion as a sporting role model. 🙂

This is nice and all, but has anyone else heard…that there will be a KITTEN BOWL as well as a Puppy Bowl on Super Bowl Sunday?
