Happy New Year!

I have to be to work in the ER lab tomorrow morning at 6 am. I am going to bed real soon!  It’s hard to believe we all survived to 2013. What a weird year! 🙂

The BEST part? My friends’ daughter, Rachel, who last year was not expected to survive the complications from her lymphoma…..got married Dec. 29th. Totally in remission and healthy and happy.  The National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD, found the exact chemo needed to attack her particular cancer.  It’s been completely gone for approximately six-nine months, now. I can’t think of ANYthing better!

Mom and DaughterHmmmm. I wanted to post pictures of Rachel and her new hubby, Kevin, but Shutterfly seems to be down. Greeeeat.

So, you get a pic of my daughter and me at the wedding! I’ll try to do better tomorrow. I couldn’t believe we both had the same colors in our dresses!

Shutterfly better be working tomorrow. Grrrr.

Happy New Year, you guys……..you are some of the best peeps on this leetle teeny planet! 😀
